1. What is VEGA DISTRIBUTOR?

VEGA DISTRIBUTOR (Vega Distributor Corporation) is a Los Angeles–based supplier of copier and printer parts, supplies, and consumables. Since 2004, we have over 20,000 SKUs—from OEM to high-quality compatible parts—for all major brands (Canon, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and more).

2. What brands and parts do you carry?

Answer:
We carry both OEM (manufacturer original) and premium compatible parts for copier and printer models from:

  • Canon, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera, Toshiba, and more.

  • Consumables: Toner cartridges, drums, fusers, rollers, belts, blades, and maintenance kits.

3. How long does shipping take?

Answer:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 6–7 business days

  • We process orders Monday–Friday; most orders placed before 2 PM PST ship same day.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Answer:

  • Standard: $15.00 (FREE on orders over $150)

  • Rates calculate automatically at checkout based on order price.

5. What is your return & refund policy?

Answer:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

6. What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Answer:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. How can I track my order?

Answer:
After shipping, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status and tracking details.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Answer:
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time.
